The Meal Support Program in Franklin, KY, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals experiencing eating disorders at the outpatient level of care, specifically for those aged 16 and older. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment for participants as they work towards recovery. We offer four meal support sessions each day, including two lunch and two dinner options, allowing individuals the flexibility to choose what fits best in their schedules. These sessions are guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are developing their expertise as they pursue CNS certification.
