Located in Ft Mitchell, KY, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL offers vital, complimentary meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a compassionate and structured environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals, designed to foster a sense of community while prioritizing nutritious intake. With meal support sessions available four times a day—two around lunchtime and two at dinner—individuals can easily integrate these valuable sessions into their daily routines based on their needs. Each session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all of whom are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring expert support throughout the process.
