Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program in Georgetown, KY, designed to support survivors of all cancer diagnoses who have recently completed treatment. Aiming to empower individuals within 24 months post-treatment, our program also welcomes those further along in their survivorship journey. With a focus on holistic healing, we offer nutritional support, exercise customization, emotional health resources, and medical management education, ensuring that every survivor has access to the tools they need for a healthier future.
