MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Georgetown, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity yearly and is connected to personalized weight management resources that cater to their individual preferences and needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
