Based in Grayson, KY, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals designed to foster a safe and supportive environment for those on their path to recovery. We host four meal support sessions daily, including two lunches and two dinners, allowing participants to join as their schedules permit. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are gaining their CNS certification. We believe in the power of community and nourishment as vital components of healing, ensuring that individuals receive the extra support and care they need during their journey toward wellness.
