Located in Greensburg, KY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities has access to essential obesity screenings and tailored weight management options. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who appreciate a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app supports self-guided weight management. Furthermore, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need additional assistance after participating in MOVE!
