The Meal Support Program in Greenup, KY, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient recovery process from eating disorders. Our program offers live, virtual group meals that create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to engage with food while receiving essential nutritional guidance. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals are encouraged to attend as often as needed to fit their schedules. Each meal support session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their Clinical Nutrition Specialist certification. While we focus on meal support and nutritional education, we want to remind everyone that this service is not intended for crisis intervention.
