Located in Harrodsburg, KY, Cancer Transitions is a supportive program specifically designed for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. Focused on individuals who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, our evidence-based program also welcomes those further along in their survivorship journey. We provide essential services, including personalized nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and comprehensive education on emotional health and medical management.
