Located in Hazard, KY, One-On-One Nutrition Consultations, part of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), is dedicated to providing free, personalized support for patients and caregivers facing the challenges of cancer. Through our one-on-one consultations with registered dietitians, we focus on offering practical nutrition education tailored to individual needs. Participants will gain valuable insights into strategies for enhancing their nutrition, managing side effects, meal planning, and grocery shopping. We also empower caregivers with essential tips on how to support their loved ones during treatment, guidance on questions to engage with healthcare teams, and access to additional local and online nutrition resources. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes, ensuring that participants receive the focused assistance they need during their cancer journey.
