Located in Hazard, KY, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women navigating the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to empower these brave individuals by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need. Through our program, qualified applicants can receive a financial grant to cover urgent expenses, a $100 gas card to facilitate travel to treatment, and a $100 grocery card to help with food costs. We also offer psycho-social counseling sessions over the phone with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions conducted by a licensed Genetic Counselor. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of their patients, as we process requests in the order they are received, dependent on available funding.
