Located in Hebron, KY, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers structured, virtual drop-in group meals, designed as a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together. We host meal support sessions four times daily, with both lunch and dinner options available, allowing attendees to choose participation that fits their schedules. Each session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are committed to offering guidance and support as individuals work toward their wellness goals.
