Selma Schimmel Vital Grant is dedicated to supporting individuals in Henderson, KY who are grappling with the financial strains caused by chronic, terminal, or rare conditions like cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burden faced by those in crisis by offering critical utility assistance and grocery assistance. We understand the urgent need for practical help during challenging times, which is why our program is structured to cover either utility bills or grocery expenses. Additionally, we collaborate with various partner organizations to provide further resources and support. Individuals in need are encouraged to apply to receive the vital assistance they deserve.
