The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Henderson, KY, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free 12-month educational journey. Participants will receive six informative e-booklets designed to guide them in diabetes management, along with a monthly e-newsletter that offers seasonal tips and community resources in both English and Spanish.
