The Meal Support Program in Henderson, KY, provides compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are working through the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals with the guidance of certified nutrition practitioners. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, our meal support allows individuals the flexibility to join as often as their schedules allow. While we focus on enhancing the eating experience and fostering community, this program is not intended for crisis situations.
