The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Irvine, KY, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a free, comprehensive 12-month curriculum designed to guide them in diabetes management. Participants will gain access to six informative e-booklets tailored to their journey, along with a monthly e-newsletter that provides seasonal tips and local community resources available in both English and Spanish. Beyond educational materials, enrollees who provide their phone number can join our interactive monthly Q&A series, where they can ask questions directly to American Diabetes Association experts, learn about the important connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that promote a healthier lifestyle.
