The Meal Support Program in Jackson, KY, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can gather to consume nutritious meals alongside others who share similar experiences. Offered four times daily at convenient lunch and dinner times, our sessions allow individuals to join as many times as fits their schedules, ensuring they receive the necessary support during their recovery journey. Each meal support session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their way to obtaining their CNS certification.
