Situated in La Grange, KY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that address their unique needs and preferences. Offering a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home guidance, we strive to empower Veterans in their weight loss journey. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges. We invite Veterans interested in improving their health to speak with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to explore how we can support their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
