MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion program located in Latonia, KY, specifically designed to enhance the lives of Veterans. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored weight management services. We offer a range of options to support Veterans on their weight loss journeys, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach can utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app. For those who require further assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery following participation in the MOVE! program.
