Based in Latonia, KY, we offer assistance of up to $800 per patient each year to help cover essential travel expenses, ensuring patients can access expert opinions and treatments. Our comprehensive program provides funds for airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for necessary medical visits and tests not included by insurance. In addition, patients are encouraged to bring a companion along on their journey, fostering support during their travel for care.
