MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lawrenceburg, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and is provided with personalized weight management options tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and telehealth options through TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, allowing Veterans to track their progress independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in our program.
