Located in Lebanon, KY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system for on-demand support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available, alongside medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent challenges with obesity.
