OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Liberty, KY. We understand the challenges faced during this fight, and strive to offer essential financial assistance tailored to the unique needs of ovarian cancer patients. Our program provides a financial grant of $200, along with $100 in gas and $100 in grocery cards, ensuring patients have the resources they need. In addition, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone, helping to address both emotional and informational needs. We encourage physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are processed promptly, and grant availability may vary based on funding.
