The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant, based in Liberty, KY, is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing financial hardship due to chronic, terminal, or rare health conditions, including cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Our mission is to alleviate some of the stress that comes with these challenging diagnoses by providing targeted financial assistance for utilities or groceries. We understand the urgency of these needs and work diligently to ensure timely support. Additionally, we collaborate with partner organizations to connect our applicants with further resources and assistance, strengthening our commitment to those in need during their most difficult times.
