MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Liberty, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of support avenues, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those seeking more independent approaches, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight management.
