Located in Louisa, KY, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing essential financial assistance. Our program is designed to alleviate the financial burdens associated with medical and daily living expenses, offering support for medical costs like prescriptions and durable medical equipment, non-medical needs such as home and vehicle modifications, and healthcare utilization costs including travel and lodging for medical visits. Additionally, we assist with daily living expenses like food and utilities. We understand the urgency of these needs and review requests on a first-come, first-served basis, offering grants up to $500 per family each year. For amounts exceeding this limit, we require Board approval, which may lead to delays. Please allow at least 15 business days for the review process as we work diligently to support families in need.
