Located in Louisa, KY, Milk Express is dedicated to providing safe, Pasteurized Donor Human Milk (PDHM) to support infants with medical needs and assist families in maintaining breastfeeding routines. Our goal is to ensure that every baby has access to nutritious options, helping to provide a healthy start for infants while offering peace of mind to parents. In addition to PDHM, we offer complimentary lactation support—both in-person and virtual—along with free bereavement support for families in need. Understanding that some families face financial challenges, we provide assistance through our Medical Relief Fund, aimed at helping those with medical conditions like prematurity or failure to thrive.
