The Meal Support Program in Louisa, KY, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others on a similar journey, guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. Offered four times daily, with two lunch and two dinner sessions, this program encourages flexibility, allowing individuals to join as per their schedule once approved.
