MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Louisville, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them with a variety of weight management resources that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of solutions, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who face persistent challenges with weight-related issues.
