At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Madisonville, KY, we are dedicated to training and empowering individuals to champion a food system that is just, sustainable, and accessible for all. Our program, provided at no cost to participants, emphasizes organic food system education and hands-on experience in diversified crop production and distribution. Selected Fellows engage in six months of immersive training at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn to implement innovative community health initiatives, maintain school gardens, and integrate food literacy into education. Following their training, Fellows participate in a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to transform their knowledge into impactful action. We invite passionate, driven individuals to apply by March each year, with experiences occurring from May to October.
