MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Madisonville, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, offering personalized referral to a variety of weight management services tailored to individual needs and preferences. Participants can engage in supportive group sessions, receive convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, or utilize TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-directed weight loss, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite utilizing MOVE! resources.
