At Stand Beside Them, located in Marion, KY, our health and wellness coaching program is dedicated to supporting veterans through a compassionate and solution-focused approach. Our experienced coaches address both external and internal challenges, offering individualized guidance that empowers clients to take positive action in their lives. We cover a variety of essential topics including nutrition and weight-loss, stress management, grief support, ADHD strategies, work/family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. Understanding that barriers like distance or transportation can hinder access to support, we gladly offer coaching sessions via Skype or telephone to ensure that all veterans can receive the help they need.
