Our Family Support team is committed to providing accurate information and guidance during the pivotal moments following a diagnosis. We offer a range of services including personalized parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management strategies, and assistance with navigating Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
