MOVE! Weight Management Program is a dedicated initiative situated in Mayfield, KY, focused on improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and guided towards appropriate weight management solutions tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. Furthermore, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite utilizing our program.
