The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Maysville, KY, is dedicated to empowering individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free 12-month journey of education and support. Our program welcomes participants in both English and Spanish, providing six informative e-booklets designed to guide them in understanding and managing their condition. Each month, enrollees receive a helpful e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips, local community event information, and resources tailored to their needs. Additionally, participants who provide their phone number can join our interactive 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can directly connect with ADA professionals, learn about the relationship between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy various giveaways to support their journey towards healthier living.
