Located in Monticello, KY, our program provides vital resources, including a $200 financial grant to help cover basic needs, a $100 gas card for transportation, and a $100 grocery card for nutritious food access. We also recognize the importance of mental well-being, which is why we offer psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone with qualified professionals. We invite physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, and we process these requests in the order they are received, depending on available funding.
