MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Monticello, KY, by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with a variety of effective weight management options. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, our program also offers access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
