Located in Morehead, KY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to transforming the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to personalized weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of empowering options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for convenient in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer to take charge of their weight loss journey independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their goals through the MOVE! program. Engage with us by reaching out to your local MOVE!
