Located in Morehead, KY, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program provides a nurturing environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals, allowing participants to consume nutritious food alongside others on a similar journey. We understand the unique challenges faced during recovery, which is why we offer four meal support sessions each day—two for lunch and two for dinner—facilitated by experienced nutrition practitioners who are progressing toward their CNS certification. Once enrolled, individuals are welcome to join multiple sessions that fit their needs, fostering community and connection in a supportive atmosphere.
