MOVE! Weight Management Program in Morgantown, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with appropriate weight management resources that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions for communal support, telephone lifestyle coaching for personalized guidance, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home assistance. The MOVE! Coach mobile app also empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently.
