Located in Mount Sterling, KY, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance and resources to individuals with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by low-income individuals requiring specialized dietary and therapy support, and we provide access to vital items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our community has the means to nourish themselves and maintain their health with the support they need.
