Located in Mount Sterling, KY, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL offers compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support tailored for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient care. Our program provides a warm and welcoming environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated virtual group meals designed specifically to support those on their journey to recovery. With meal support sessions available four times daily—two during lunch and two during dinner—participants can easily integrate these sessions into their schedules as needed. Each meal support group is led by skilled nutrition practitioners undergoing training with Clinician’s Incubator to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring expert guidance.
