MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Mount Vernon, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year, facilitating access to personalized weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For Veterans who prefer self-directed weight management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not achieved success with other strategies.
