Located in Murray, KY, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free, and accessible meal support specifically designed for those aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where individuals can enjoy nutritious meals alongside professionals who understand the challenges of recovery. With meal support sessions available four times daily, participants can select the times that best fit their schedules, allowing for flexibility and ongoing support. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that our program is not equipped for crisis intervention; for urgent assistance, we recommend reaching out to crisis services directly.
