The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in Newport, KY, is dedicated to empowering individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through an engaging and supportive 12-month journey. Offered at no cost and available in both English and Spanish, this program provides essential resources, including six informative e-booklets tailored to participants' needs and a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information. Enrollees also have the opportunity to join our monthly ‘Ask the Experts’ Q&A series, allowing them to directly connect with ADA experts to address their diabetes-related questions, understand the critical link between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways designed to promote their well-being. We are committed to equipping our participants with the knowledge and support necessary to thrive and manage their diabetes effectively.
