Located in Newport, KY, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Through live virtual drop-in group meals, we provide a nurturing environment where participants can engage with others while receiving essential nutritional support. Our meal support sessions occur four times daily, providing flexibility with two lunch and two dinner options, allowing individuals to attend as their schedules allow. Each session is expertly led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator program, all dedicated to helping participants on their journey to recovery. While we focus on meal support, we encourage those in crisis to reach out for urgent care by contacting emergency services or the crisis support line.
