Based in Oak Grove, KY, our program provides up to $800 per year per patient to cover costs such as airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-payments for essential medical visits and tests not fully covered by insurance. Recognizing the importance of community and support, we also allow grantees to travel with one companion, ensuring that patients have the assistance they need while seeking specialized care.
