The Meal Support Program in Oak Grove, KY, offers compassionate and accessible meal support designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program features live virtual drop-in group meals, providing a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving peer and professional support. We host meal support sessions four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—allowing participants the flexibility to join according to their schedules. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring expert guidance as individuals work towards their recovery goals. Although we are dedicated to fostering a supportive community, please note that we do not provide urgent care services.
