Located in Olive Hill, KY, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our live, virtual group meals create a welcoming environment where participants can gather safely to share nourishing food and receive essential support. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, attendees have the flexibility to participate as their schedules allow. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners currently in the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are dedicated to guiding participants through their recovery journey. We prioritize creating a supportive space that encourages healthy eating habits while ensuring that individuals feel empowered on their path to wellness.
