The Meal Support Program in Paris, KY, is dedicated to providing free, compassionate, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and up at the outpatient level of care. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals offer a welcoming environment where participants can safely consume nutritious food while receiving vital support from trained nutrition practitioners. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, individuals can easily integrate our services into their schedules. Our facilitators are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working towards their CNS certification, ensuring expert guidance. While we focus on meal support rather than crisis intervention, we encourage those in need of immediate assistance to reach out to appropriate crisis services.
