Located in Pikeville, KY, CORE is dedicated to providing vital financial assistance to families working in the restaurant industry who are facing financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. We understand the challenges that food and beverage service employees encounter, especially when it comes to providing for their children. Our program aims to alleviate these burdens by covering essential expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy costs, and even childcare needs like diapers and formula. Additionally, our support extends to funeral and travel expenses related to medical care. Former CORE grant recipients can reapply for assistance after 12 months have passed, and all recipients have a lifetime cap of $7,500 in assistance.
